ModulebayModules

The design of your notebook enables the ﬂexible use of no tebook ba tteries and drives. The

following modules can be operated in the module bay of your notebook:

• Second battery

• Optical drive

• Empty plug-in unit (save weight)

Only use m odules designed for your notebook.

Do not use force when installing or removing the module.

Make sure that no foreign objects enter the module bay.

You can swap modules during operation. This means you do not

need to switch off the notebook.

To replace a module, simply click on the corresponding icon in the

task bar and then on Exit or Select - Exit.

The module can now be removed without any further actions being necessary.

► Slide the release leve r in the direction of the arrow (1).

► Now pull the module out of the module ba y (2).
